Welcome to Queen P. Nails. I’m a licensed nail technician and specialize Soft Gel-X, hand painted nail art, & dry pedicures. Please take the time to read my policies below. SALON POLICY Due to being an appointment only business, for my safety, only people who are getting serviced are allowed at the appointment. When you arrive to your appointment, check-in via text. Please wait in your vehicle until you receive a text saying “I’m ready”. Location: 13 Upton Lane Unit #105, Stafford, 22554. Address will be provided via email confirmation after appointment is scheduled and deposit is paid. I ONLY ACCEPT: Cash Card Apple Pay Google Pay Scheduling Guidelines: Repairs are free up to 4 days after appointment. If you need a repair WITHIN the 4 days from you appointment, please contact me via text. I will not work over damaged nail beds (severely bitten, fungus, cracks, bruising, etc).Arrival with damaged nails will result in cancellation. Your deposit will be forfeited and you will be charged 100% of your service. ( Please confirm before booking if you have any questions). Be sure to read the description of services before booking (If you book for regular service but want advanced art& time does not permit, I will not be able to add that to the service.) This is very important because appointments are scheduled by service duration.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
*I charge 100% cancellation fee for any no-shows and cancellations within 24hrs of your scheduled appointment.
* If you call/text about canceling within the 24hr mark, your spot will be closed and will still have to pay the fee to rebook your next appointment.
* Late arrivals exceeding 15min will result in cancellation, deposit forfeiture, 100% of scheduled service.- No Exceptions unless discussed. ( must be sitting in my chair, not outside).
*Late fee of $20 will be applied if I’m able to still schedule you after the 15min grace period. (Must be sitting in my chair, not outside). This also may not allow you to get the designs you’ve booked for.
* If you book for advanced nail art and come to the appointment wanting no designs or simple art, you still will be charged for the base price of what you booked due to time blocking for other clients. This goes for any service.
*Deposits are non refundable & non transferable. This goes towards your service.
* If for any reason I have to cancel your appointment, you will be refunded the deposit.
* Booking your appointment online or with me in person means that you agree to all of my policies.
* Before booking any pedicure services, please make sure your feet are healthy. No fungus, any infections or lesions on skin. If any signs, your appointment will be canceled (fees still apply) and will need a Dr’s note stating you have no infection of any sort. Thank you.!
